JE88 Terms & Conditions – Member Rights & Responsibilities in Malaysia

These JE88 Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member") and JE88 ("Platform", "We"). This document covers all aspects of using the JE88 platform — from registration, deposits and withdrawals, and betting rules, to bonus terms and account termination policies. JE88 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to members.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Member" — any individual who has registered a valid and active JE88 account.
• "Account" — an individual user account registered on the JE88 platform under the member's real name.
• "Platform" — the website je88.online and all services provided through it.
• "Credits" — the cash balance in your JE88 account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bet" — any bet placed on the JE88 platform using account credits.

To be eligible to register as a JE88 member, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Never previously banned or blocked from using the JE88 platform.
• Register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) JE88 account active at any one time. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of credits.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as per Malaysian identity card (MyKad/Passport)
• An active Malaysian phone number capable of receiving OTPs
• A valid and active email address
• Accurate date of birth

JE88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or recent proof of address.

JE88 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are credited to your JE88 account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

JE88 withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method that same used for the deposit (for the first withdrawal).
• The account holder name on the payment method must match the registered member name on JE88.
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for a standard member account and RM 200,000 for VIP members.
• All withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional KYC verification.

All bets on JE88 — whether Sports Betting (EPL, Malaysia Super League, badminton, Formula 1), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slots, or virtual sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets that have been placed and confirmed are final and cannot be voided except under circumstances specified by JE88 (e.g., match cancellation).
• JE88 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of involving fraudulent activity, the use of bots, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the valid and binding odds. Any change in odds after a bet has been locked in does not affect that confirmed bet.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet, JE88 reserves the right to void the bet in question and issue a full credit refund.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is RM 1 and for live casino starting from RM 5.

For Sports Betting specifically, JE88 uses odds sourced from accredited providers and updated in real time. Any bet placed on a match that is cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours will be voided and credits refunded. Halftime and fulltime bets locked in before a match begins are bound by the official result of that match.

JE88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Malaysian members, including welcome bonuses, weekly rebates, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own rollover requirements (wagering requirements). The general terms applicable to all JE88 bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses must be claimed through the designated method (e.g., entering a promo code at deposit, or contacting customer support).
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used for betting until the rollover requirement is met.
• The rollover requirement for the JE88 welcome bonus is 20x the bonus value. Example: a RM100 bonus requires a total wager of RM 2,000 before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bets placed on Baccarat Tie, low-odds games, or hedging strategies do not count towards bonus rollover requirements.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• JE88 reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus found to have been misused or obtained through fraudulent means.

JE88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Circumstances that may lead to account termination or suspension include:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to exploit the JE88 platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Payment-related fraud — including unauthorized chargebacks or using another person's payment method without consent.
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward JE88 support staff.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the JE88 support team. Any valid credit balance will be returned to the member once all review processes are complete, provided no terms violations are involved.

The following is a list of strictly prohibited conduct on the JE88 platform. Any member found engaging in the activities below will face immediate action:

JE88 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data on JE88 is subject to Privacy Policy separate and comprehensive. In brief:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, and identity verification.
• JE88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your consent.
• All data is stored on servers protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and strict access controls.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to request its deletion (subject to legal and operational requirements).

JE88 provides its betting and casino platform services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly 24/7, JE88 cannot guarantee that it will be entirely free from technical interruptions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.

JE88 shall not be held liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions or downtime beyond JE88's control (e.g., telecommunications network outages, natural disasters).
• Legitimate betting losses — all bets that have been placed and confirmed are the member's full responsibility.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password secure.
• Valid betting results from certified third-party casino providers.

JE88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the JE88 website. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the JE88 platform after any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid credits before the amendment's effective date.
